UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
One of the most convenient and fastest ways to pay. Just enter your UPI ID and approve the payment through your UPI app.
Net Banking
Prefer to pay directly through your bank account? No problem. We support Net Banking from all major Indian banks.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can choose to pay in cash when your order is delivered to your doorstep. This option is available for select products and pin codes. If COD is available for your area, you’ll see it as an option at checkout.
All payments are made in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through secure gateways designed to protect your financial information.
How Secure Is the Payment Process?
Your security is our top priority. Every payment you make on WinkMink is protected by SSL encryption and processed via trusted, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
We do not store your card or banking details. What you share during checkout stays private and secure with the payment provider.
What Happens After I Make a Payment?
Once your payment goes through successfully, you’ll receive:
- A confirmation email with your order details and invoice
- A message on the website confirming your order
- Updates via email (and SMS if applicable) as your order is packed and shipped
Didn’t receive a confirmation? It might’ve landed in your spam folder — if not, feel free to reach out, and we’ll check it for you right away.
If Your Payment Fails
Sometimes payments fail due to:
- Network issues
- Incorrect card or UPI details
- Insufficient balance
- Bank declines or timeouts
If your payment doesn’t go through:
- Try again using a different payment method
