Shipping policy

We know how important it is to receive your order on time, that’s why we’ve made our shipping process simple, transparent, and reliable. Whether you're shopping from a big city or a small town, WinkMink offers free shipping across India on every order, no minimum spend required.

Order Processing & Cut-off Time

We do our best to get your order out the door as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (IST) will be processed the next business day
  • We pack and ship orders Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Once your order is processed, we’ll share a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Transit Time: 4–5 business days
  • Total Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (processing + transit)

Please keep in mind that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, especially in rural or remote areas. Weather conditions, courier delays, or festivals can also occasionally cause minor disruptions, but we always aim to keep you updated if there’s any unexpected delay.

Shipping is 100% free — no hidden fees, no surprise charges. Whether you're ordering a single item or a full cart, we cover the delivery cost for you.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to check the current status of your shipment at any time.

If you haven’t received tracking info within 48 hours after placing your order, feel free to get in touch; we’re happy to check it for you.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India. If you’re unsure whether your location is covered, you can reach out to us, and we’ll confirm it for you.
